I found the easiest cranberry sauce/relish recipe EVAR online today and made it this evening. It is a microwave recipe and takes a total of under 15 minutes from start to finish. I made a half recipe but I'm transcribing the full one here.

Now wasn't that easy? And it tastes REALLY good too. Yummmmm.

I made this recipe today. It's a family tradition to make these every summer when blueberries come in season -- my mom got it from her grandmother, who grew up in Germany (she had to watch her grandmother do it and measure out all the ingredients because there was no real "recipe" back then). Anyway, it is quite delicious. We eat these for breakfast/brunch, but they could be dessert, or whatever you want. You need either a steamer or a dutch oven to make these (I always steam them).

Raised Dumplings with Blueberry Sauce (AKA Blueberries and Dumplings) )

I have to warn you, if you try to make this and are not used to kneading yeast doughs (Rachel, I'm sure it would be easy for you), you have to be careful about how much flour you put in and how hard you knead it, or you will end up with a thick lump instead of a light fluffy dumpling.
