update on the Jessica/Jennifer thing

So today I had to call this guy to figure out what is wrong with our robot wheelchair. I emailed him first, he responded (using my correct name), then I called him and talked to him some. He called me back a little bit later and said "Hello, Jennifer?" *THUNK* What is up with this? Geez.
