playlist amusement

I was scrolling around a playlist on my iPod and saw the following two entries, in this order:

I don't visit thefacebook.com too often, mostly because all the people I have listed as friends there either read my LJ or I see them in person or I never talk to them anyway. But when I do visit, I realize that most of the people I have as friends are family members! Then I look at other people's lists and they have like 100 people and I have 22. Anyway, I just added a couple of you, but if other people here want to add me, feel free! I have to wonder though, is it rude to just go around adding people? Am I supposed to send messages or say hi first?
