It's raining, which is good and bad. It's good because it means it's not snowing, but it's bad because the water will probably freeze tonight and make lots of ice all over. And it will make my hair frizzy.

Speaking of hair, I made an appointment for a haircut finally. I should have gotten my hair cut in like November. Oops. Anyway, I heard that there was a good stylist at Salon Kroma on Thayer St right by school, but when I called to make an appointment, they didn't ask me who I wanted to have my appointment with, and just put me with a random person (I'm not assertive enough to get my way). Hopefully this person will be okay -- it is an Aveda salon, and the last haircut I had at an Aveda salon was pretty good. OTOH, the time before that I had an awful haircut at a different Aveda salon. I'm really hoping that this will be a good one, not a bad one. If it is bad I will have to cry and spend another $40 (or more) to have someone else fix it, and then they will probably be bad too and I will have to cry some more.

Can't I just fly out my stylist from LA and have her do my hair? :( I need someone I trust! How will they know how much to texturize my hair? How will they make sure the layers are the right length? How will they make it look good instead of weird?

I really need to get out of the rut of only having my hair done when I go home, because I end up with a great haircut for like two months, then I tie it up for the next four months until I go home again and get another haircut. Too bad I'm not like a bazillionaire, or I would just hire my favorite stylist full-time to do my hair every day.
