A big ugly spider just crawled across my desk. I smashed it. I'm actually pretty proud of myself -- had I been at home instead of at work I would have made Ben do it for me. Spiders creep me out -- too many legs.

We are moving tomorrow! New contact info in a friends-locked post soon. In other news, I am going for my second acupuncture treatment tonight and my wrist doctor referred me to a rheumatologist. He also ordered a bone scan to make sure I don't have some weird arthritic condition. The thought of being injected with radioactive dye kind of creeps me out, but I figure it won't hurt anything to do it. Oh, and etiphany, remember that thing in my eye? Apparently it is some kind of allergy thing that made the back of my eyelid grow bumps. I went to the optometrist and he gave me eye drops.

Sometimes I feel like an 80-year-old. I spend so much time going to see doctors.

The local doggie day care has a "now hiring" sign out front. Hmmm....
